Ulyana Shtybel is the Co-founder and CEO of Quoroom, a global investment management platform powering angel syndicates, venture capital funds, and founders.
A former Executive Director of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Office in Ukraine, Ulyana brings over 14 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and venture capital. She has advised on and facilitated venture deals exceeding $100 million, with deep expertise in syndicated venture investing.
She is also a seasoned startup mentor and advisor, and the co-founder of two fintech incubation programs launched in partnership with Mastercard and OTP Bank.
Her academic work focuses on Impact Investing, and she holds a PhD in Economics.
