Camilla Frost is the Chief Operating Officer at Normark Defence, a Copenhagen-based startup advancing next-generation defense technologies. With a background in engineering and a Master’s in Business and IT, Frost has led global teams across consulting, SaaS, and blockchain intelligence, including senior roles at Chainalysis and Gartner.

At Normark, she drives strategic operations, culture, and growth initiatives, positioning the company as a key player in the Nordic DefenceTech space. An INSEAD alumna and certified business angel, Frost is passionate about scaling innovation and is investing in early-stage cyber, dual-use and defense technology ventures.
