Videesha Boeckle

Videesha Böckle is a General Partner at āltitude, Europe’s SME Tech fund, based in London. With over a decade of experience in venture capital and innovation, she began her VC journey in 2012 with PROfounders Capital. Videesha was one of Germany’s youngest female founding partners and managing directors, helping launch Signals Venture Capital, a €100M fund backed by a leading German insurer. She also played a key role in building Redstone, a pioneer of the co-GP and “Venture Capital as a Service” model in Europe.

Her background spans B2B tech, corporate VC, business and product development, and financial services, including roles at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Wealth in London and Singapore. She sits on the extended board of the German Start-Up Association and was a Digital Policy Fellow with the German Marshall Fund.
