Lisa Katsouraki has seen the full spectrum of the investing life cycle. From mentoring and investing in startups as an angel investor and as a VC, dabbling in start-up life as part of a founding team, scaling a company from 50 to 300 people as part of its management team to a successful exit. She has headed company strategy and M&A working alongside one of the largest PE funds. Lisa has completed 2 corporate acquisitions (from sourcing/deal origination, to DD, to replatforming) and entered an agreement to be acquired by Booking Holdings for 1.6b EUR. (Pending antitrust!)
