EBAN is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to its Site http://europeanangelsummit.com/ (the “Site”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the terms on which EBAN processes any personal data EBAN collects from you or that you provide to EBAN. 1. The information collected by the site

You are not required to provide any personal information on the public areas of the Site. However, you may choose to do so by completing the application forms on various sections of the Site, e.g. when you apply for EBAN European Angel Investment Summit Startup Competition via the Site, and/or providing personal details relating to your application for the VIP Reception. Your personal information will also be collected if you purchase tickets for the EBAN European Angel Investment Summit. All processing of personal and financial information collected when purchasing tickets are done securely through the Ti.to and Paypal platforms.

2. How EBAN uses this information

EBAN will only use the information you provide on the relevant sections of the Site or in the application form in order to (i) process the relevant form, (ii) provide you with access to content (either through the download of materials or by enabling you to access the section of the website dedicated to registered users and (iii) in order to provide you with relevant research, information and commercial materials selected by EBAN. Please note that you have the option to opt out of receiving any further research, information and commercial materials by contacting info@eban.org

EBAN will only disclose your information to third parties where you have given your consent or where EBAN is required to do so by law or where it is necessary for the purpose of, or in connection with legal proceedings or in order to exercise or defend EBAN’s legal rights and, as the case may be, those of its partners and members. Please contact info@eban.org in case of any questions.
