Emmanuel Ankri

Emmanuel Ankri is special advisor to the Chairman of Défense Angels, Europe's first and only business angels network dedicated to financing dual-use start-ups.
 
Previously, he was COO of Défense Angels as well as Défense Partners, a “Club Deal” bringing together major industrial players to discuss and reflect on Open Innovation and investment strategy.
 
Emmanuel graduated at Sciences Po, with a Master of Public Policy specialized in security and defense issues and a study exchange spent at King’s College’s Department of War Studies. He also previously interned for the French Ministry for the Interior, on issues of technological innovation
