Patrick Kedziora

Patrick G. Kedziora is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with over 20 years of experience in startups, finance, and technology. He is the founder of Boilingice.com, where he shares practical insights to help founders navigate the challenges of building and scaling companies.

Patrick is the founder of All One Robotics, an agtech company focused on making farmers more profitable through advanced robotic solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Previously, he founded Kedzoh, a mobile learning platform which gained international recognition from Startup Chile, Startup Brazil, and the French Tech Ticket. He has also served as CFO and COO of both public and private companies, managing transactions ranging from seed-stage to multi-billion-dollar deals and IPOs.

Patrick is the Executive Producer of the feature film Life on Mercury, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and passion for cross-disciplinary ventures.

Raised in New York City, he brings a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to business. He speaks English and French with native fluency and holds dual BAs in Economics and Political Science, along with an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

He serves on the board of Sophia Business Angels in France and mentors startups through the MIT Enterprise Forum in Poland.
